AMBER PALACE SPA RULES FOR BOOKING SPA TREATMENTS

1. Booking procedure for spa treatments

1.1. Spa treatments can be booked at SPA Amber palace (hereafter referred to as the “Health Centre”) by e-mail, by phone or by visiting the reception of the Health Centre.

1.2. When making a booking for spa treatments, the client must specify the number of persons requesting spa treatments, their names and surnames, the age of minors, the name of the spa treatments to be booked, the date and time.

1.3. Upon receipt of a request for a spa treatment, the Health Centre will provide the client with information on the available date and time of the spa treatment and the amount of money to be paid. Spa treatments at the Health Centre shall only be provided after the Client has paid in advance the full price of the spa treatments booked.

1.4. Spa treatments provided by the Health Centre must be paid in full (100 percent of the spa treatment amount) in advance, at least 24 hours before the start of the requested spa treatment. The Client is obliged to transfer the fee for the SPA procedures provided by the Health Centre to the bank account of UAB Sveikatos centras “Energetikas” AB Swedbank bank No.: LT56 7300 0100 0234 9164, indicating the name and date of the ordered service in the purpose of payment, or to pay it directly at the reception of the Health Centre. If the payment is not made or is made later than 24 hours before the start of the ordered spa treatments, UAB Health Centre Energetikas has the right not to provide the ordered services.

2. Cancellation procedure for spa treatments

2.1. The client may cancel the Health Centre’s spa treatments without any penalty up to 24 hours before the start of the spa treatments booked.

2.2. In case of cancellation by the Client less than 24 hours prior to the start of the spa treatments booked, the Health Centre shall retain the amount of the prepayment paid by the Client as liquidated damages for the non-performance of contractual obligations. The Client agrees that such forfeiture shall be considered as a loss and expense incurred by the Health Centre.

2.3. If the Client does not use all the spa treatments booked at the Health Centre, the Health Centre has the right to retain and not refund the prepayment. The Client agrees that such non-refundable amount shall be deemed to be the costs and losses incurred by the Health Centre as a result of the partial fulfilment of the booking.

2.4 Disputes regarding improper performance or non-performance of the Contract shall be settled out of court in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Consumer Rights Protection of the Republic of Lithuania, at the State Consumer Rights Protection Service, Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, telephone +3705 262 67 51, website www.vvtat.lt. 3. Prices and payments

3.1. The prices and other terms and conditions of the spa treatments provided by the Health Centre are set out on the website www.amberpalanga.lt, and in the Health Centre’s other official promotional and informational material.

3.2. Spa treatments at the Health Centre shall be paid for in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 1.4 of these Terms and Conditions.

3.3. The administration reserves the right to change the price of spa treatments at the Health Centre.
